A 62 year old homeless man, who resides in the Cashmere area, was arrested Saturday afternoon after he reportedly tried to attack a Sheriff's Deputy. Sergeant Bruce Long with the Chelan County Sheriff's Office says a deputy was called to the area of Old Monitor Road, near the old Tree Top Plant in Cashmere, for a complaint of a man disrupting traffic.
Long says the suspect was booked into the Chelan County Regional Jail, charged with disorderly conduct and second degree assault.
