Movement on the Imagine South Wenatchee project stems from the recommendations made by the AIA's Sustainable Design Assessment Team during the fall.
City officials say the goal is to develop a vision for sustainability for the South Wenatchee neighborhood.
According to the team, South Wenatchee is in need of better bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure, adequate parking, alleyway maintenance and a sense of identity and place.
The AIA's final report is now online at the city's website at wenatcheewa.gov.
