A drug task force has made a total of 9 arrests and recovered 12 pounds of narcotics in a 4 month drug trafficking investigation in Okanogan and Douglas County.

Okanogan County Sheriff Frank Rogers said Bridgeport residents 26 year old Hipolito Adan De Jesus and  31 year old Jose Perfecto Adan De Jesus were arrested Feb 4th on Hwy 97 in Oregon allegedly transporting cocaine, methamphetamines and heroin back to Washington for distribution in Okanogan and Douglas County.

The others arrested on various charges as part of the investigation;  Leticia Panzo Lopez, 28 of Bridgeport, Claudia Lynne Garcia, 23 of Bridgeport, Walter Gomez-Gonzalez, 24 of Bridgeport, Alberto Lopez-Flores, 36 of Omak, Rachel Ann Bainard, 37 of Omak, Joseph Alex Martinez, 38 of Omak and Teresa Ann Moomaw, 40 of Omak

The North Central Washington Narcotics Task Force also seized $70-thounsand in cash, 5 vehicles and 2 weapons.
