The Coulee City teen accused of killing his twin brother was in Grant County Superior Court Tuesday.

Deputy Kyle Foreman from the Grant County Sheriff's office said, "The suspect was charged as an adult, and is facing a charge of manslaughter. His bail has been set at $50,000."

In court documents filed Tuesday, witnesses said the stabbing was accidental and occurred after the brothers had been fighting in their bedroom and then moving out into the kitchen when the suspect grabbed a filet knife. One witness said they smelled alcohol on the victim's breath. In a statement given to Deputy Prosecutor Alan White the suspect said that the victim was on the ground and complaining that his brother was not helping him into bed which started the fight.
