Douglas PUD Sets Public Hearing for Larger Load Rates

The Douglas County PUD established a public hearing time for the proposed electric rate and pole attachment rate adjustments. The hearing is set for December 9th at 1:30.

"This has to do with our large, non diverse loads and also the pole attachment rate, which is the rate that we charge different providers that have services on our poles," said Meaghan Vibbert, public information officer. "So this isn't going to hit a majority of our general service customers so this is just the larger loads we'll be talking about rates and the pole attachment rates."

The public hearing will take place in the East Wenatchee office.
