Friday AM Update: Milepost 22 Fire Now 7,200 Acres, Vantage Highway Open

The Vantage Hwy is now open. Fire crews will be patrolling the road all night looking for hot spots. Please use extra caution when driving through.

The fire has burned approx. 7,200 acres. No structures have been lost. No injuries to report. Extra crews were being brought in throughout the evening last night to help man the fire which is still actively burning to the north.
