Home Sales Continue to Trend Down While Prices Rise

Wenatchee Valley home sales in February were down 23% compared to the same month in 2020 though prices continue to rise.

According to data from Pacific Appraisal Associates the average sales price in 2021 is nearly $432,000.

Last year it was just under $360,000. That's a 20% jump.

Pacific says inventory remains below a well-balanced supply of 6-months with active listings down 64% from last year.
