Law Enforcement Sets Off Controlled Charge

Law enforcement set off a controlled charge Monday night around 9:00 near Moses Lake Municipal Airport. Moses Lake Police say the charge was set off by Richland Police Bomb Squad to destroy an improvised explosive device located during a search warrant. Moses Lake PD said the explosion was in a controlled environment and in a remote area, though it was quite loud.
