Kids near the Moses Lake area with no spring break plans and an interest in BMX can participate in the upcoming BMX Spring Fever Race Ready clinic at Moses Lake BMX.

"The logistics of the clinic will just be teaching everyone what the different obstacles are on the track and helping them achieve their skills needed to go around the track," said Brandon Holland, track operator.

Participants will learn how to master the starting gate, get an overview of the track layout and learn safety measures.

The clinic will run from April 6-10, 5:30-6:30 p.m. Boys and girls between the ages of 4 and 17 are invited to participate, though Holland noted some experience is typical for participants of the clinic.

"It's tailored a little more toward experience riders. We do get some beginners in there," said Holland.
