Nominations for Best Non-Profit, Business Due Monday

Nominations for the best business and non-profit in the Wenatchee area for the Chamber of Commerce Awards Banquets are due by the end of the day Monday.

Jerrilea Crawford says they are looking for the best Valley has to offer.

“It can be a variety of things, but it’s something that’s unique. That not everyone is doing and doing it the best. A lot of times it’s the secrets, it’s the things that businesses do but they’re not promoting it because it’s not why they’re in business.”

Nominated businesses must be Chamber members, and the winners will be announced at the banquet March 15th.

Crawford says this process is beneficial for not only the winner, but everyone.

“It’s finding a way to promote and highlight those businesses that are doing all of the right things because successful businesses, we can all learn from them and maybe glean some of their successes and strategies to get to that success.”
