North Central Washington has $500,000 Lottery Winner

North Central Washington has one of the two biggest winners in the Washington Lottery of recent days.

There were two winners of the Hit 5 game Friday - one in Seattle and one in Ellensburg - who both are collecting more than half a million dollars.

The person listed as Jhana J. bought a winning ticket at the Super 1 Foods store in Ellensburg.

Jhana J.'s winnings total $533,333.

The Washington Lottery web site says the odds of matching all five numbers in the Hit 5 game are 1 in 851 thousand.
