Real Estate Has Great 2020

Home sales in the Wenatchee area were up 29% in December compared to 2019, with the average price for the year ending at nearly $418,000, which was up 10% over the prior year according to data released by Pacific Appraisal Associates.

The number of available homes in the area are down significantly though with few on the market.

In the Cashmere market, home sales were up 48% in 2020 compared to 2019. In Leavenworth, they were up 43%.

Average sales prices in Cashmere were more than $470,000, in Leavenworth it was nearly $668,000.
