A pharmacist in East Wenatchee is reported to be without a job after being accused of issuing fraudulent vaccination cards.

KPQ News Partner i FIBER ONE reports it received confirmation from a corporate executive of Walgreens that one of it's workers was fired for their actions on behalf of two first responders.

The confirmation came after Walgreens was asked about a tip accusing Walgreens East Wenatchee Pharmacist Geoff Reynolds of issuing fraudulent vaccination cards.

i FIBER ONE reports it received the following response in an email from Fraser Engerman, Walgreens’ senior director of external communications:

“After being notified by the Chelan Douglas Health District of actions by this individual on behalf of two local first responders, Walgreens cooperated with state authorities and conducted our own internal investigation resulting in termination of employment.”

i FIBER ONE says it has submitted a public record request to learn more about the emergency responders involved.
