Structure Fire in Mansfield Damages Farm Building

Douglas County Fire District 5 responded to a structure fire on Road 18 Northeast near Mansfield around 3:00 pm Tuesday afternoon.

One side and part of the roof of a shed-type farm building caught fire, and the fire reportedly was in danger of spreading to another building.

The fire was out by 4:15 pm.

There were no injuries, and it's thought the building can be repaired. The cause of the fire is undetermined.
