Wenatchee Pride Cancels 2020 Festival, Planning for 2021

The annual Wenatchee Pride Festival announced they will not be having an event in 2020 and will be back in 2021.

The organization cited community and safety during the pandemic as the main reason.

The festival has taken place in June the past three years with the group saying there were approximately 15-hundred attendees in 2019.

The group says they are also trying to create virtual events for people to participate in for the foreseeable future.
