From a press release - Wenatchee School District plays a vital role in children’s health by providing free and reduced price meals to students in need.  The district offers the National School Lunch Program and the School Breakfast Program, both from the U.S. Department of Agriculture Programs. Family size/income criteria determines eligibility for free and reduced price meals.

The district encourages all families who think they might qualify to apply. Even if you are unsure whether or not you qualify, we will be happy to process your application to determine if you can benefit from this program.

Applications may be picked up in person at your student's school beginning August 16, 2017, or at the District Office (235 Sunset Ave), or the Nutrition Services Office (1001 Circle St) starting Monday, August 7th. For your convenience, the applications are also available from the food service website at: http://www.wenatcheeschools.org/food-services/free-reduced-meals
