The Wenatchee Valley Dispute Resolution Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing mediation services, training, and programs to assist people in the peaceful resolution of disputes while complimenting the judicial system. After over a year of contracting with an interim director, the WVDRC Board is pleased to announce the hiring of Jennifer Talbot as Executive Director.
Jennifer has been a part of the Wenatchee community for over 20 years. She joins the WVDRC after providing leadership in variety of organizations to facilitate and manage communication, initiatives, outreach, team building, strategic planning, and staff development. She recently earned her Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Servant-leadership at Gonzaga University.
Jennifer will be working with the Board and staff to support the conflict resolution program and further develop the vision and strategic plan of the organization. Her organizational skills and community connections will play a central role in this process.
“I am looking forward to being a champion for the service that our mediators provide for the community and advancing the organization’s mission through outreach, partnership, and collaboration,” says Jennifer.
