With August finally coming to a close, several North Central Regional Library branches have something in store for September. Musicians Mark and Cindy Lemaire are a married couple that double as a musical duo and the two are bringing their harmony to several North Central Regional library branches this month. The pair will travel to ten out of the 30 library branches.

"We're excited they'll be spread around the region over two weeks. They'll start September 14th and their last performance is September 27th. So they're hitting a lot of spots," said Amanda Brack, adult services manager for NCRL.

The Lemaires are attributed for their guitar style and vocal selections that can range from singalongs to solos with a storytelling twist.

"Patrons will really enjoy some familiar music and some music that is new. They have a really unique style," said Brack. "Blending Mark's guitar playing and Cindy's wonderful vocal harmonies, so we're really excited to hear."

NCRL branches visited by the couple include: Quincy, Royal City, Grand Coulee, Moses Lake, Ephrata, Republic, Manson, Oroville, Chelan and Cashmere.
