Friday A.M. Fire Update

-The Cold Springs Canyon Fire is currently sitting at 188,000 acres with 290 firefighters assigned to the fire as of last night. Most of the roads are open at this time. The fire is 25% contained.

-The Pearl Hill fire is at 178,000 acres and 50% contained, with much of the containment at the southern end of the fire as of Thursday. A virtual public meeting about the fire will take place tonight at 5:00 p.m. on the Northeast Washington Fire Information Facebook page.

-The Apple Acres fire is 50% contained with a reduction in acreage to 5,880 acres as of Thursday. Chelan County reduced the evacuation levels to Level 1 as of Thursday morning. The virtual public meeting noted above will also cover the Apple Acres Fire.
