Mission Ridge Extends Season By Two Weeks

The extra snowpack is paying off for local snow sports enthusiasts.

Mission Ridge announced Monday that two more weeks of operation have been added to their calendar. Daily operations are now set to continue through April 4th, making it the first time in 21 years the ski resort has been open into April.

Mission Ridge is poised for an outstanding spring season with close to 120% of average snowfall through February and clear skies and sunshine to kick off March. Upcoming spring events on the mountain include Retro Ski Days, the Bomber Banked Slalom, Tour de Blues, an Easter egg hunt and Flamingo Days.
