Mission Ridge will continue to remain open to the delight of those hoping for fresh powder.

The ski & board resort boasted 22 inches of fresh powder as of Saturday, with 14 inches coming Friday night alone.

According to a press release, Mission Ridge is also taking some steps to encourage social distancing. Seating has been reduced in the lodges and bus capacity will be reduced in the event that overflow parking is needed. The resort is also asking visitors to carpool and consider packing a lunch or buying food to-go and eating in your car.

Those looking to brave the well below zero wind chills are advised to dress very warm with absolutely no exposed skin.
